Search Engine Optimization, how we do it!
Our goal is to place your Web site in the coveted prime positions on the major search engines for your desired keyword phrases. Below is an overview of our process, time lines for performance, and the resources used by Coastal Sites to enhance the success of your Web site:
Optimization for the Major Search Engines of your index page is extremely important to the success of your web site. To optimize your pages they must have sufficient visible text with the correct keyword weight density for relevancy with the intended keyword phrases.
We Optimize those pages we feel will rank well on the major search engines and create Focused Content Pages™ for each competitive or difficult keyword phrase. We include links on these pages that act as a "guide" for the major search engines to spider the remainder of our work and the pages of your main site. The Focus Content pages are the property of the client, not Coastal Sites. We host the focused content pages on our server. We do not charge additional hosting fees for any pages hosted as long as we are in the initial contract phase or in the maintenance program. This provides for the best all around performance of our work.
We will run a WebPositionGold report to document the status of your listings before we begin work to set a baseline for our efforts. Once our listings begin to rank on the major search engines you will be provided with a bi-weekly positioning report for the first two months, and monthly thereafter. Additional keyword phrases will show up in the statistics as the nature of our work will open to the phrases used by searchers looking for your products or services.
You can expect to see results as soon as our work is indexed into the major search engine’s databases. Currently, it can take as little as 14 days from the date of registration of our work for results to emerge on several major search engines. Typically it takes anywhere from 14 days for the initial results to four months to achieve optimum results across the major search engines.
During the fourth or fifth month from contracting with us we will contact you to discuss our maintenance program for your project. Maintenance is a decision left entirely up to you and it will not start until six months from the contract date. As maintenance moves forward you will continue to receive a monthly updated WebPositionGold report.
Once we receive a signed contact and payment we will assign your project to one of our consultants within one working day. The consultant will contact you within two working days. All consultants have a toll-free number and can be reached during normal working hours. However, E-mail is the preferred method of communication. What this means is you will communicate with a real person who is concerned with your needs.
